What we record, and why.

Leadcode Guard is operated by Leadcode Marketing Management LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). Guard provides AI-assisted lead follow-up for businesses: an AI drafts replies to customer enquiries, a human manager approves every consequential message before it is sent, and every step is recorded in a tamper-evident audit ledger. This policy explains what data we process to do that.

Data we process

Enquiry and conversation data — messages you send to a business we serve (including via WhatsApp), your name as provided or as shown on your messaging profile, and your phone number.
Qualification details you choose to share — e.g. budget, preferred area, and purpose of enquiry.
Operational records — drafts the AI produced, policy checks applied, approval decisions (approve / edit / reject) taken by the business's staff, timestamps, and message delivery identifiers.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry on behalf of the business you contacted.
To keep humans accountable for what the AI sends: consequential replies require manager approval before delivery.
To maintain a tamper-evident record of the conversation so that what was said, drafted, blocked, and approved can be audited afterwards.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use your conversations to advertise to you.
We do not let AI send consequential messages without a human decision: if nobody approves, nothing is sent.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run the service: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) for message delivery, Anthropic for AI drafting, and Railway for hosting. Each receives only what is necessary to perform its role. Conversation records are stored with personally identifying details redacted from the audit ledger where feasible.

Retention

Conversation state and audit ledgers are retained for the duration of our engagement with the business you contacted, and for a reasonable period afterwards to preserve the integrity of audit records, unless you request deletion earlier.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at hello@getleadcode.com — or reply "STOP" in any WhatsApp conversation with a business we serve and the AI will stop messaging you. We respond to requests within 30 days. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
